JingTe has a modern production plant of over 10,000 square meters, equipped with more than 70 high-precision CNC gear grinding machines from German and Qin Chuan brands, with the ability to manufacture gear hobbing, gear shaping, and turning-milling-grinding integration, as well as a complete precision detection system. We use world-class high-precision testing instruments (such as three-coordinate measuring machines, gear tooth profile testers, etc.) to strictly control quality. The product rack precision reaches GB10095-88 standard grade 6, and the highest can reach JIS grade 2 5h25, meeting the stringent requirements of the high-end market for transmission precision and stability.
